Reviewing Living Tinnitus Free

July 2nd, 2009    Subscribe To Our Feed

Living Tinnitus Free entered into the market with a bang. There was a lot of excitement about what was in the self help guide. We spent the necessary time with the guide so that we could let people know if really works.

Overview

Ellen Currie has lived with tinnitus since 1997. For years, she hunted for methods of ending tinnitus and she did put a stop to it once and for all. She took the knowledge she gained during her quest and wrote Living Tinnitus Free in order to help others overcome tinnitus.

The Benefits of Living Tinnitus Free

Living Tinnitus Free is not just a self help guide. The book provides an extensive coverage of tinnitus. When we read it, we found out a great deal about tinnitus. More than that, it also included coverage of the traditional treatment approaches that most people with tinnitus are provided. It is a comprehensive look at tinnitus, and it was also a book we could relate to. It was interesting to learn about tinnitus while also learning how we could get rid of the problem altogether.

There is more to the book than simply another examination of phantom noises. It examines the root causes of tinnitus and how best to heal it by utilizing a whole body method. Right now, there has been a lot of attention paid to the cause of tinnitus.

This really held our interest. By learning the cause of your tinnitus, it is supposed to be easier to cure it, so we really liked how it went over the causes in detail.

The book also explained the lifestyle changes that need to be made to cure tinnitus. There are lots of great information on nutrition, exercise, and the immune system, which can all help with tinnitus. Not only that, but the book gives a lot of information on beating stress.

This is a common sense approach to beating tinnitus, and it really works. It doesn’t give magic potions in the place of solutions. What there are, though, are strong ways you can tackle tinnitus head on. The book’s focal point is on changing the way people run their lives to better be rid of tinnitus.

We also liked how this book was written based on the experience of someone that had managed to beat tinnitus. A book from a doctor that has never gone through tinnitus is not quite the same as someone that has managed to cope with the issue and overcome it.

We found that the book really worked. The plan was straightforward and not difficult to follow, and it gave us real aid with our tinnitus. We are now tinnitus free and feeling better than ever.

Additionally, it worked quickly, which is something anyone would want. We found that we were able to feel a difference almost immediately. A lot of the tips in the book offered us speedy relief.

On top of that, the tips provided by the book aren’t just for dealing with tinnitus right now. These are life long tips for avoiding a recurrence of tinnitus.

The Bottom Line

Living Tinnitus Free lives up to what it claims it will do. It takes an everyday approach to a condition that has perplexed medical professionals for years. We could not be happier with the results and we can’t help but recommend the book.

It was simple to follow and there were speedy results.

Cure For Tinnitus – Advice and Remedies for You

July 2nd, 2009    Subscribe To Our Feed

Tinnitus is a symptom of noises produced inside the ear, which is heard even when there are no outside noises around. These noises range from ringing, buzzing, or humming sensations, and are completely irritating for those who hear them. Tinnitus can also resemble a cricket’s chirping and can affect either one or both ears. Tinnitus is commonly called “phantom sound”, or “ear buzz”, and can be ongoing as well as periodic.
Tinnitus is considered a symptom of numerous underlying diseases and can be linked to ear infections or discharge, permanent hearing loss, stress or depression, anemia, severe brain trauma along with other ailments. Many sufferers do not pay attention to the noises or take them casually.  Even though tinnitus is not a condition but rather a symptom, it needs to be treated.  It’s divided into two categories, subjective tinnitus and objective tinnitus.  Objective tinnitus is considered to be more dangerous since it is audible not only to the sufferer but to those around them.  A cure for objective tinnitus is difficult so preventive measures and natural treatments are used.  Subjective tinnitus is audible only to the sufferer and the cure is less challenging than that for objective tinnitus.
If your tinnitus problem bothers you, then keep reading. Below is a comprehensive list of curative measures for tinnitus that can offer you the hope of relief.
- Tinnitus Maskers – in today’s market there is equipment that aid people in reducing the ill effects of tinnitus. Inner ear noise maskers and hearing aids are the most common cure for tinnitus. Maskers look similar to hearing aids but do not amplify external sounds, instead they are used to reduce the irritating noises inside the ear.  They are meant to match the frequency of the sufferer’s tinnitus, offering reduced hissing.  These devices are believed to be a cure”>http://www.treattinnitusnow.com/cure-for-tinnitus.php”>cure for tinnitus, showing effective results for sufferers using them.
- Hearing Aids – medical science experts consider hearing aids to be the first step in providing relief to people with auditory disabilities. Designed to amplify external sounds for people suffering from hearing loss or deafness, doctors are now recommending hearing aids for tinnitus sufferers.  By amplifying the external sounds the inner ear noise becomes less noticeable by the sufferer, making the hearing aid a viable cure for tinnitus.
- Ask your doctor – do not hesitate to find a cure for tinnitus. According to many experts, tinnitus is an incurable disease but your doctor could provide several options for a cure for tinnitus, reducing your suffering.  Doctors today recommend and perform many tests to locate the source of their patient’s tinnitus symptoms. In some instances, specialize tests are performed including audiograms, x-rays, residual inhibition and evoked response audiometer. Tinnitus can be caused by stress, allergic reactions, sinus or migraine issues, anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency, earwax blockages, psychological trauma, depression, blood pressure, old age linked to hearing loss, an alteration in the position of arteries and veins, and others.  Occasionally the sounds inside the ear are linked to unusual diseases which can have a greater impact on the sufferer’s health.  To offer a cure for tinnitus, doctors suggest natural remedies such as Wild Oats, Gingko Biloba, Wild Hyssop, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin A and choline.  These natural remedies are considered an effective cure for tinnitus whether common or chronic.
- Get the Medicine - find relief by curing the main reason of tinnitus. Remember, tinnitus is not a disease. Tinnitus is just a symptom, so focus on finding a treatment that is linked with your symptom. Many doctors provide their service not only to offer a cure for tinnitus but also to treat its root cause. They considered this a therapeutic approach to cure your body from inside.
- Diminish your stress level – stress leads to a variety of health issues. The higher your stress levels, the greater your chances of obtaining numerous chronic diseases, including chronic tinnitus. The buzzing sound inside the ear brought on by stress or depression is of the objective category, causing extremely loud noises. If you want a complete cure for tinnitus, you must reduce your level of stress and tension.
- Protect your immune system – A poor immune system is a result and cause of poor health, and can make you more susceptible to a plethora of diseases, with tinnitus as a common symptom. Therefore, if you want a cure for tinnitus you need to improve the health of your immune system.
Other than these curative methods, experts encourage preventative measures too. These measures can help you stay away from that irritating condition:
- Keep your volume down when you play music, and use quality headphones. Many types on the market today can really help cover that ear ringing.
- Clean your ears regularly and remove any ear wax buildup. Keeping your ears clean may reduce tinnitus symptoms.
- If you like to consume excess amounts of alcohol, you should reduce that habit as much as you possibly can. Too much alcohol leads to a myriad of health conditions, the least of which is tinnitus.
Many people who have suffered long bouts of tinnitus will tell you that holistic natural treatment plans are the most reliable. This is due to the fact that they treat the underlying causes of tinnitus. One plan that has worked well for thousands of people worldwide is a product called Banish Tinnitus. Banish Tinnitus not only relieves the annoying ringing noises experienced by sufferers but also provides a permanent solution to the problem.

Tinnitus Hearing Loss and High Frequencies

July 2nd, 2009    Subscribe To Our Feed

Victims of tinnitus are also extremely likely to be victims of hearing loss. This is a correlation that cannot be ignored, as those with hearing loss often have the most extreme cases of tinnitus. At the same time, the hearing loss is not always diagnosed. This means those with hearing loss often face an uphill battle to get the treatment they need.

Initially, you need to be conscious of why so many people miss the connection between tinnitus and hearing issues. In many cases, people that suffer from this can hear just fine in low and medium frequencies. In many cases, those are the only frequencies that are tested. People that pass the test are given a clean bill of health. They are told they don’t have a hearing problem.

Struggling with Tinnitus?  Click Here

Still, they know that there is a hearing problem. They know they cannot hear high frequencies, and whenever there is a high frequency, any type of noise is replaced with the terrible phantom noises that haunt them.

Higher frequencies are likely to trigger many peoples tinnitus because those frequencies are a likely suspect for originally causing the tinnitus. Overexposure to the higher range of frequencies can lead to an inability to register those frequencies. Tinnitus noises take over where high frequency sounds once were.

There are ways to deal with this with a doctor, but in order for that to happen your doctor must test your hearing for high frequencies. It is important for you to explain to your doctor that your hearing problem appears to be with high frequencies and not with all frequencies.

This may be difficult, as there are a lot of doctors who are dismissive of the idea that high frequency hearing loss represents an actual issue. Much of the medical community feels that high frequency hearing loss does not cause any major issues, and thus it does not need to be dealt with. In light of that, you must stand your ground and insist on the exam.

If the test indicates an issue with high frequency hearing, he can then provide you with a hearing aid. By giving you a hearing aid, you will be able to mask out some of the phantom noises in the high frequency range. The reason this will happen is because your hearing will be restored in that range.

This cannot cure tinnitus, but it can help to make you more comfortable by diminishing the tinnitus sounds.
In addition, you can use a tinnitus mask with your hearing aid. This will also help with hearing related issues because it will mask out the tinnitus sounds by offering a distraction. When the sounds distract you, it increases the likelihood of adaptation. You will be able to put the ringing in your ears and other phantom sounds in the background. While this is not a perfect solution, it is very helpful.

The link that connects tinnitus to hearing loss is too obvious to dismiss. It must be examined so people that suffer from hearing loss related tinnitus can get the help they need. Masking the tinnitus victim’s symptoms can help to alleviate the suffering and create a situation for him to better deal with his symptoms.

Ringing Sounds In The Ears

June 30th, 2009    Subscribe To Our Feed

Have you ever experienced a long buzzing or loud ringing sound in your ears, whose source you could not find no matter how much you searched? If the answer to this is yes and you have experienced similar ringing sounds while being situated in different places then most likely you are affected with a medical condition known as Tinnitus. This article is going to help you understand about ringing sounds in the ears and how these sounds can affect you.
The Inner Workings of the Inner Ear
How the ear actually works is the first step to understanding what causes ringing in the ears. Your ear is extremely intricate and complex, and has fine-tuned sensors capable of picking up sound. Sound waves from sources enter your ear and go to the inner ear. Inside this inner ear there is an organ that looks like a shell, called the cochlea; this shell is filled with tiny hair-like cells. When the wave enters the cochlea, it vibrates the hairs inside, which transmits neural signals to the brain. Hence, you have sound.
The Causes of Ringing in the Ears
Damage to these hair strands is the primary cause of ringing”>http://www.treattinnitusnow.com/ringing-in-the-ears.php”>ringing in the ears. Loud music typically is what causes this damage. Heavy construction or industrial work was what caused tinnitus in older generations, but today it’s generated by mp3 players, iPods, and other music devices. Loud noises cause short-term ringing in the ears for everyone out there, but when this nuisance continues over a long period of time, it then becomes serious. The excessive noise that results in ringing in the ears eventually causes permanent damage if left unchecked.
Other common reasons that cause a loud ringing sound in the ear include medical conditions such as sinus infections or ear infections. When a person has fever, cold or cough he can also experience ringing sounds in the ear because each of our senses are connected and when one sense is not well, then the others are affected. Prolonged stress can cause the body to act different and prolonged stress can also cause these ringing sounds.
If left alone, ringing in the ears can be serious. If these symptoms plague you and they occur more than a few times here and there, then you probably have had damage to your cochlea. If this is the case, then you should see a doctor as soon as possible. Even if you haven’t had damage, though, it is still good to know this information in case it occurs in your own life.
Many sufferers of tinnitus have found natural treatment plans such as “End”>http://www.treattinnitusnow.com/end-your-tinnitus-review.php”>End Your Tinnitus” to be extremely effective in quickly and permanently ending the annoying buzzing noises they suffer. End Your Tinnitus is perhaps the most popular and widely used tinnitus treatment plan with thousands of successful cases reported since the product was released in late 2008. If you want to end your tinnitus quickly and easily, think seriously about usign a natural cure because they are often very effective forms of treatment.

Review of End Your Tinnitus

June 30th, 2009    Subscribe To Our Feed

Even with all the tinnitus programs available, End Your Tinnitus is still creating a lot of hype. It piqued our curiosity and we decided to test it to see if it was really as good as the buzz implied.

Overview

End Your Tinnitus is a system created by Chris Scott. Scot battled with tinnitus for a long time and after researching the topic, he learned that some people had put a stop to their tinnitus with natural means. That is when his curiosity was peaked regarding the power of total health in coping with tinnitus. It is Scott’s belief that tinnitus is a full body issue and thus, unless the entire body is treated, the tinnitus will not go away.

The Benefits of End Your Tinnitus

One of the first things we noticed about End Your Tinnitus is the fact that it is completely natural. Previously, we had taken all manner of medications with the desire to see the tinnitus stop, so it was wonderful to find a system where everything was natural. As a matter of fact, this approach is centered on total health, which is the reason it uses a natural approach.

The program focuses on treating multiple areas of the body in order to get rid of tinnitus. It was great to follow a method that did not attempt to mask out of the sounds. This program is about curing tinnitus instead of coping with tinnitus.

Another positive aspect of End Your Tinnitus is the way the book really lays everything out. It is a step by step guide, meaning we were able to go from one step to the next and easily understand what we needed to do. The process was incredibly easy to follow, so you don’t need to know anything about tinnitus or natural remedies to use it.

At only eight steps, the guide is not hard to finish and it’s a fast read. What’s more, it aids you in discovering how to stop tinnitus from coming back. For people suffering with tinnitus, that can be imperative. There is no one that wants to have tinnitus return after it’s gone, so we applaud that component of the book.

This book uses scientific information to back up the plan. It does not simply dictate behaviors. It also explains why you need to do it. It uses solid scientific grounds to justify the necessity of some actions. That made us very comfortable with the information we received in the guide. It was nice to see the science behind the ideas. We could appreciate the reason the guide took the direction it did.

End Your Tinnitus also works on helping users achieve full mental and physical healthy. The steps have ea calming effect and made us feel better all around.

The biggest advantage of the program was that it fulfilled its promise. Our tinnitus did go away, which was exactly what the program promised.

The Bottom Line

We highly recommend End Your Tinnitus for anyone suffering from tinnitus. It worked quickly for us, and we felt better within weeks. Not only that, but our health was improved as well.

The program is easy to use and well worth it. If you are seeking a guide to ending tinnitus that takes things one step at a time, this may be your program.
